The world's favourite soccer app helping parents coach their kids

“The Family F.C. app gives you more family time doing something kids love. It’s rewarding for them, it’s rewarding for you, and it keeps everyone fit and healthy.”
Matt Jarvis
Dad & Ex England Professional Soccer Player

How Family F.C. works

Our easy-to-follow soccer programmes make coaching simple and stress-free for parents.

Each age group programme includes 3 courses, with 10 action-packed sessions per course – that’s 30 sessions of skills, fun, and family time! Every session includes videos and diagrams to guide you through each activity:
Get moving with a fun, active warm-up to raise heart rates and prep young players. This stage helps build agility, balance, coordination, and speed.
Time to learn and improve – each session introduces a new skill, helping kids refine their ball control, technique, and confidence step by step.
Practice makes perfect! Let’s put those new skills into action with challenges that build confidence in real gameplay situations.

Age 4-6

The start of the Family F.C. journey! Kids develop a love for the game while learning the fundamentals of movement – agility, balance, coordination, and speed (the ABCs).

Age 7-8

This stage introduces creative thinking and teamwork through fun, engaging exercises. Sessions help develop technical skills, boost confidence, and introduce more challenging drills.

Age 9-11

Here, kids master ball control, sharpen their skills, and build confidence to play at their best. This programme focuses on quick thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving, alongside more advanced technical training.

Our coaches and rising stars

With the help of a great team at Family F.C., we developed a unique app to help parents coach their kids through structured sessions that not only build soccer skills but support every aspect of a child’s development.

Our syllabus has been tried and tested with parents and kids. The science behind our programme focuses on three core areas – physical, emotional, and learning development – and is aligned to the UK National PE Curriculum KS1 and KS2.

We know that kids have the ability to absorb lots of technical and physical skills, and this is factored into our sessions. The syllabus we created works logically through topics, starting with a basic understanding, then increasing in complexity through the different year groups. The focus is on age-related needs and abilities, and offers a rounded, holistic approach to learning, allowing children to progress at their own speed with the help of their families.

We hope you will join our Family F.C. team and enjoy further connecting with your children as you play and have fun while watching them progress on their soccer journey.

The Family F.C. app is great, it’s got my daughter and I playing together with some focus and forces the boredom out of just kicking a ball at each other. And it’s super fun.

I’ve got a daughter who’s 6 and a son who’s 9 so obviously their ability is very different, but we can use the app for both of them because they have different programmes for different age groups. It’s great.
